Axel Witsel and Alexey Evseev visited Ozerki school No584 for children with disabilities as part of the “Sport for All” program, a sporting event taking place in support of the Russian Paralympic athletes preparing for the Olympic Games in Rio.
The Zenit duo with the club mascot gave out prizes to the young athletes, took pictures and signed autographs for the kids.
The event at the school was the latest in the “Club Good Deeds” social project, which brings together all of the Zenit family, including ex-players, the Student League, fan clubs and fans. Club Good Deeds is a series of very different activities: sports, educational, social and charitable. From large-scale exhibitions to small acts, a good thing is open to any kind and useful idea.
