Derby day in Tianjin city today with the city’s teams Teda and Quanjian facing each other for the first time in the new Super League season, Teda being the hosts at Tianjin Olympic Center, were Quanjian triumphed at the Asian Champions League few days ago against Jeonbuk.
Acheampong proved to be the key in unlocking the victory for Teda in a goals galore that switched hands three times during the 90′.
Ghanaian’s first at the 16′ minute was cancelled from Pato’s left foot shot at the 54′ while Anthony Modeste produced the total comeback 24′ minutes later.
Acheampong took things personally and with two goals in six minutes gave the derby win to Teda 3-2.
